About This Image

This is an analysis of the stuff that crossed between my telescope and the desired data in the sky. This is representative of a 2 hour time period during the night of July 10th. There are 38 satellites, 1 possible meteor, 2 satellites that are so new they have not yet been catalogued, and 18 satellites that are not in the data base. Also captured were 12 rocket bodies, and 4 pieces of other space debris. I limited this to 2 hours of data, because if I included the whole night there were so many satellites that you could not read any of the information.
